Pain in the butt. The guest account is a major problem on Android. I wish Google would remove it or have the option to permanently disable. I use Mobile Fence which is good and can lock out access to Settings so prevents easy switching but there are still other harder ways around it to get Guest.
Then once into Guest, all bets are off! I would add kidslox. I am using it 'cause one my good friend recommend it. Have heard somepositive things about mmguard ian. I second Kids Place. What was the absolute closer for us was the ability to monitor IM like Whatsapp and Viber as well as social network activity - as our 13 year old is infatuated with Instagram we like to keep an eye on that.
